When is a partner paid?
After the client pays us. IT-provider partners earn 10% of the fees we collect from the client in their first 12 months, paid monthly as we're paid.
Can a client in a licensed profession refer a peer?
Yes, and we're glad when they do. Where professional rules govern referral rewards, as they do for law firms and some health practices, we check the rules in the client's state before giving any credit, and we disclose the arrangement.
Do partners see client data?
No. Partners introduce; we deliver. Client data, transcripts and reports are never shared with a partner, and partners never get access to client systems through us.
