Already running AI at the front desk? Make sure it's ready for scrutiny.
Clio Grow AI, Boulevard's agent, a white-label bot or a site built with Lovable, Bolt, Wix or another AI builder can all work well. They can also text without consent, skip the AI disclosure or leak data. We review what you already run and hand you a ranked fix list.
Six areas. Every finding ranked.
Each finding comes with why it matters, how to fix it and roughly how long the fix takes, so your team or ours can work down the list.
Consent and texting
Opt-in wording and logs, separate marketing consent, quiet hours by time zone, STOP and HELP handling, carrier registration.
Disclosure and handoff
Does the agent say it's AI, offer a person and avoid posing as staff? In licensed professions, does it say it isn't a lawyer, clinician or adviser?
Data and BAAs
Where transcripts and recordings go, which vendors may train on them, retention settings, and which vendors have signed BAAs.
Basic security
Exposed keys in page code, open database rules and admin pages left public. Active tests only with written authorization.
Crawlers and accessibility
What AI crawlers can read, and a WCAG 2.2 A and AA check, manual as well as automated, with no overlay widgets.
Your industry's rules
For example attorney-advertising footers for law firms, clinical scope for health practices, licensing disclosures for real estate and insurance, and parent consent for schools.
One week, start to finish.
Scope call
30 minutes on which tools you run and who owns them. You sign a short authorization for anything beyond public pages.
We review
Public pages, configurations you share, sample transcripts and vendor terms. Nothing is changed on your side.
Walkthrough
The ranked report, the evidence for your files and the fix list, in a 45-minute call. You keep everything.

Readiness Review FAQ.
Ask Pixel how the review works, or talk to a person about your setup.
We use Clio Grow AI (or Boulevard's agent). Is that a problem?
Not at all. Those can be good tools. The review checks how yours is configured and what surrounds it: consent, disclosure, handoff, data flows and the records you'd need if a regulator, a bar or a client asked.
Will you test our systems?
We review what's public and what you show us. Anything active, like testing access rules or probing an endpoint, happens only under your written authorization, on systems you own or control.
Is this a certification or an audit?
No. It's a readiness review: a ranked list of findings and fixes, with evidence for your files. It doesn't certify compliance, and we'll never describe it as an attestation or a penetration test.
What if we want you to fix things?
Most fixes are small and your team can make them from the report. If you'd rather we did, the review fee is credited to a Build signed within 60 days.
