One system. Your industry's rules.
If people ask before they buy, and one new client is worth a few hundred dollars or more, missed and slow inquiries are costing you. The method is the same everywhere: measure the leak, prove recovery in a Proof Sprint with a written target, then build and grow. What changes by industry is the intake, the booking rules, the guardrails and the tools we connect to.
Four things change. The proof doesn't.
Every build follows the same defaults: it says it's AI, a person is one tap away, it answers only from approved facts, and every result is counted in your own system.
Intake questions
Your best intake person's questions, in your words: service, urgency, location, budget, fit.
Booking rules
Who books what, how far out, with which deposit or prep, and what gets handed to a person.
Guardrails
What the agent may never say in your field, from legal advice to firm quotes to clinical answers.
Integrations
Your scheduling, CRM, practice or field-service software, configured before anything new is built.

See the playbookNew patients book wherever someone answers first.
Dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, optometry, veterinary, and fitness or wellness studios. New patients compare practices at night and want two answers: do you take my insurance, and when can you see me? New Patient Desk answers from the facts you approve and books into your scheduling system.
- New-patient booking. Real openings from your schedule, with intake forms sent ahead of the visit
- Insurance and pricing questions. Plans you accept, self-pay ranges and memberships, from text you approve
- Reminders and recalls. Consented reminders and recall nudges for cleanings, checkups, follow-ups and vaccines
- Waitlist and cancellations. Last-minute openings filled from a waitlist instead of left empty

Examples, not a full list. Integrations depend on each platform's API access; we confirm yours during the analysis.
- No clinical advice. Symptoms, candidacy and treatment questions go to your licensed team, with the visit booked
- Health details stay out of chat. A notice asks people not to share them, and every vendor signs a BAA if health information could be in scope
- Emergencies first. Emergency language gets your emergency instructions and an immediate handoff to a person
Busy season is when inquiries go unanswered.
Accounting and tax firms, insurance agencies, real estate teams, mortgage brokers, financial advisers and consultants. Inquiries spike exactly when your team is busiest. Client Intake answers, qualifies the need and books the right person, without giving advice it isn't licensed to give.
- Qualified consultations. The service needed, entity or household type, timing and budget, captured before the call is booked
- Routing to the right person. By service line, license, state or territory, on the right calendar
- Documents and next steps. Your secure upload link or checklist, so the first meeting starts prepared
- Seasonal surge cover. Tax season, open enrollment, spring listings: the same answers at 2 AM as at 2 PM
Examples, not a full list. Integrations depend on each platform's API access; we confirm yours during the analysis.
- No professional advice. Tax, legal, investment and coverage questions go to a licensed professional on your team
- No rates or approvals. The agent never quotes a rate, premium or approval odds; your licensed team does
- Sensitive numbers stay out of chat. No Social Security, account or policy numbers in conversation; documents go through your secure portal
Parents research schools after bedtime.
Private and Montessori schools, daycare and preschool centers, tutoring companies and training providers. Families inquire in the evening and compare several options at once. Enrollment Desk answers questions about programs, ages, schedules and tuition from your approved materials, books tours and keeps the waitlist moving.
- Tours booked. Real tour slots on your calendar, with confirmations and reminders
- Program and tuition questions. Ages, schedules, tuition ranges, enrollment steps and openings, from your approved handbook
- Waitlist and enrollment follow-up. Consented updates when a spot opens or an application step is due
- Course and training inquiries. For training providers: course fit, dates and registration links
Examples, not a full list. Integrations depend on each platform's API access; we confirm yours during the analysis.
- Children's details stay out of chat. The agent asks only for a parent's contact details and the child's age range
- Consent before any text. Parents opt in before texts, and quiet hours are respected
- Admissions stay with your staff. Tuition, policies and openings exactly as you've written them; decisions are made by people
Not listed? The math decides, not the label.
Auto repair and dealerships, salons and day spas, event venues, movers, photographers, agencies and many more. If inquiries arrive by phone, form, text or chat and one new client is worth a few hundred dollars or more, the free analysis tells you whether the 3× rule works for you.
- Answers and books. From the services, prices and policies you approve
- Qualifies. Need, timing, location and budget, using your questions
- Logs and alerts. A CRM record and a team alert for every inquiry
- Proves it. A monthly report of bookings and revenue from your own system
- A leak too small for any plan. Under about $3,750 a month, even Care can't clear the 3× rule, so we won't sell it
- Advice an agent shouldn't give. Anything that would need medical, legal, tax or investment advice from the agent
- Cold outreach. We don't do cold outbound texting or calling lists
- Unverified licensed work. Licensed trades and professions we can't verify are licensed
What are missed and slow inquiries costing you?
Pick the closest industry for starting assumptions, then move the sliders to match your business. The analysis replaces every assumption with measured numbers.
Assumes half of missed inquiries never convert and an always-on front office wins back 40% of the leak. Defaults are illustrative; your measured numbers will differ.
Industry questions.
Not sure where your business fits? Ask Pixel, or talk to a person.
Do you work with my industry?
If people inquire before they buy and one new client is worth a few hundred dollars or more, very likely. The free analysis measures your leak and tells you whether the 3× rule can be met. If it can't, we say so and you keep the report.
What changes from one industry to the next?
Four things: the intake questions, the booking rules, the guardrails and the software we connect to. The method stays the same everywhere: measure the leak, prove recovery in a Proof Sprint with a written target, then build, report from your own system and grow from there.
My industry isn't listed. Can you still help?
Usually. Auto repair, salons, event venues, movers, agencies and many others run on the same pattern of inquiries, quotes and bookings. Tell Pixel or a person what you do, and we'll say honestly whether it fits.
Are there businesses you won't take?
Yes. Businesses whose measured leak is too small for any plan under the 3× rule, anything that would need the agent to give medical, legal, tax or investment advice, cold outbound texting or calling, and licensed work we can't verify is licensed.
Why do law firms and med spas get their own pages?
Because their rules are the strictest: bar rules for attorney intake and advertising, and clinical-scope and health-privacy rules for aesthetic medicine. We wrote full playbooks for them first. Home services and B2B SaaS have full pages too; every other industry uses the same system with its own guardrails.
How long does it take to set up for a new industry?
The same four to six weeks as any build. Most of the industry-specific work happens in intake design, when we write down your best intake person's questions and your booking rules, and you approve them.
Whatever you sell, see your leak in dollars.
The Missed Revenue Analysis is free and takes 48 hours. We test how your business responds, measure your AI-search visibility, and size the plan your leak can carry. You keep the report either way.
